Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the LiveSuperBot service. By downloading or using the LiveSuperBot mobile app, the livesuperbot.com website, or the LiveSuperBot Telegram Bot, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

LiveSuperBot is a technological service that provides statistical analyses and real-time data related to ongoing football matches. The Service utilizes machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence to process publicly available sports data and present it to users in a structured format.

The Service includes, by way of example and not limitation:

LiveSuperBot is NOT a betting service, does NOT accept wagers of any kind, is NOT a bookmaker, is NOT a gambling platform, and does NOT encourage gambling in any way. The data, statistics, and tips provided are exclusively for informational and statistical purposes.

3. Non-Gambling Disclaimer

LiveSuperBot is a sports information and statistical analysis service. The content provided by the Service:

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of Statistical Data for any form of betting occurs exclusively under their personal responsibility and outside of any relationship with LiveSuperBot. The Operator is not responsible for decisions the User may make based on the data provided.

In some countries and on some platforms, the App or Bot may display links to authorized third-party gambling operator websites. Such links are third-party content, restricted to adults, and the Operator may receive a commission from the operators. The Operator does not manage those websites and is not responsible for their services. Gambling can cause addiction: play responsibly and only if the law of your country allows it.

4. Account, Registration, and Access

To use the App, you must create an account with email and password, or log in with Apple, Google, or Telegram. You can also use the Telegram Bot without the App, using your Telegram credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old. You undertake to provide truthful data, to create only one personal account, and not to transfer it to others. The personal data processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials, device, and your Telegram, Apple, or Google account, and for any activity carried out through them in relation to the Service.

You can delete your account at any time from the App or from the Delete your account page. Remaining Credits are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by law.

5. Credit System

Access to the Service's Statistical Data requires the use of Credits. Credits are virtual units internal to the Service, without monetary value outside of it, and are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

5.1 Purchase of Credits

In the App, Credits are purchased via Credit Packs through an in-app purchase, processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The price, currency, and taxes are those shown by the Store at the time of purchase, and payment is subject to the Store's terms. In the Bot, payments are processed by the indicated Payment Providers.

5.2 Use of Credits

A signal costs 5 credits, charged only when the signal is successful, i.e., wins. If the signal does not win, no credit is charged. The balance and transaction history are always visible in the App. If the balance is less than the cost of a signal, you must top up your Credits to continue receiving signals. The Operator reserves the right to modify Credit rates with reasonable notice to users.

5.3 Free and Bonus Credits

The Operator may offer welcome Credits, bonuses, or referral program rewards, to the extent and with limits established by the Operator. These Credits also have no monetary value. The Operator may deny, limit, or revoke them in case of abuse, such as multiple accounts or false data.

5.4 Expiration and Non-Transferability

Credits do not expire but are not transferable to other accounts. Unused Credits do not entitle the user to any monetary refund, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

5.5 Refunds

In case of a technical malfunction of the Service directly attributable to the Operator that resulted in the loss of Credits, you may request the restoration of Credits by contacting support. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google according to their policies: if a Store refunds a purchase, the corresponding Credits may be deducted from your balance. Refunds for purchases made in the Bot follow the policies of the Payment Providers and applicable legal provisions.

6. Payments

For in-App purchases, payment is managed exclusively by Apple or Google; the Operator does not collect or store data related to credit cards, bank accounts, or other payment instruments. For transactions in the Bot, payments are processed by third-party Payment Providers (currently Stripe, PayPal, and other methods indicated in the Bot).

The User is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the Stores and Payment Providers used. The Operator is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes related to their services.

The prices of Credit Packs are indicated in the App and the Bot and may be modified by the Operator with reasonable notice. Completed transactions are not subject to retroactive price changes.

7. Referral Program

If you participate in the referral program, you can invite other people with your code and earn commissions according to the conditions shown in the App. Withdrawals are requested from the App and paid via PayPal once the indicated minimum threshold is reached. The Operator may refuse or cancel commissions and withdrawals in case of abuse, self-invitation, multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms.

8. Push Notifications

The Service sends you signals and service notifications via push notifications, if you enable them. You can suspend signals from the App or disable notifications from your device settings at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service, including but not limited to texts, algorithms, processed data, graphics, logos, interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for the personal and non-commercial use of the Service and the App on their devices. It is expressly prohibited to:

These Terms are concluded between the User and the Operator, and not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and are not responsible for claims related to the App, including those concerning compliance, defects, or product liability. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the App downloaded from the App Store and may enforce them against you. For support regarding the App, contact the Operator via the support page.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service for specific purposes.

The Operator shall in no event be liable for:

The Operator's maximum liability to the User, for any cause, is limited to the amount paid by the User to the Operator in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Rights recognized by law to consumers that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of remaining Credits, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Substantial changes will be communicated to users via the App, the Bot, or the website with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the communication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or execution of these Terms, the courts of the Operator's place of residence or domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rights and jurisdictions provided by the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
