Delete your account

You can delete your LiveSuperBot account at any time. Here is what happens and how to do it.

What happens

• Your identity is anonymized: your email and your sign-in identifiers (Telegram, Apple, Google) are removed from the account.
• Notifications are turned off and your registered devices are deleted.
• All your sessions are closed. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the authorization.
• Accounting data about purchases and credit balance is kept as required by law.
• Any remaining credits are lost and cannot be refunded.

Deletion cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open the LiveSuperBot app and go to Menu.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read the notice about your credits and confirm. You will be asked to confirm a second time.

Without the app

If you cannot open the app, ask us to delete the account for you:

1. Write to [EMAIL SUPPORTO] from the email address of the account you want to delete.
2. Use the subject: Delete account.
3. We will reply to confirm the request and tell you when it is done.

If you do not use an email address to sign in, contact us on Telegram and we will tell you how to verify that the account is yours: Support on Telegram

Never send us your password.
