How does CASSA work?
When a signal wins, it goes to CASSA and 5 credits are charged. If the signal does not win, nothing is charged.
How do credits work?
Credits are your balance in the app: 5 credits are charged for each winning signal. You can see your balance and your movements in the Credits tab, and top up with the packages sold by the App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Menu, then Delete account, and confirm twice. You can also ask us to do it for you. Delete account page
I do not receive notifications. What can I do?
Check that notifications are enabled for LiveSuperBot in your phone settings, and that signals are not paused in the app. If the problem continues, contact us.
How do I restore my purchases?
Credits bought through the store are added to your balance when the purchase is confirmed. If a purchase does not appear in your balance, open the Credits tab to refresh it; if it still does not appear, contact us on Telegram with the receipt from the store.
